Lyn and Simon are lovely hosts - very helpful and friendly. The fire pit was a hit and the Huts were gorgeous. Beautiful surrounds and good shopping just a few minutes drive down the road. Good bus service close by too.

The landlord was very helpfull with good advice for restauant, how to travel to Edinburgh, and was an amazing breakfast-Chef, respecting my no lactose/no carb diet. 😊🌻 Fine family, good dogs, good room and bathroom, car parking in the street, very quiet situation, 3 busses and train to Edinburgh... great!!

A beautiful house, very clean and comfortable, with modern equipment. The house owner and manager are exceptionally nice, welcoming people. Great safety for parking our cars, close to the Edinburgh bypass, yet convenient for travelling into the city by bus or taxi.

Very friendly staff! Wonderful room with big and comfortable bed. Dinner in the Inn was great and very well priced. Great selection of 'grab and go' breakfast set out when leaving the next morning! Only about 20 minutes drive to Edinburgh. I would definitely stay again!

    The room was comfortable, warm, clean, had tea/coffee/ biscuits/water, lovely Sea Kelp toiletries and had a bath and shower. The meals were excellent and all the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel had ample free onsite parking.

    Very comfortable, clean, quiet and well-equipped little flat that suited us really well for our stay. On-street parking was much easier than we'd expected. Local shops from small independents to big supermarkets very convenient. Host was very helpful too and we'd certainly recommend.

    This was our first stop on a Scottish holiday and it couldn't have been better. From the friendly welcome by the staff, to a lovely room and a wholesome dinner. The exterior has old world charm, but inside is fresh and clean. Our room overlooked the garden, had a comfortable bed and modern good sized ensuite. It was very quiet and had excellent wifi. Breakfast was freshly cooked. Plenty of free parking available at the front door. Located in a small charming village just outside Edinburgh, it was ideal for accessing local attractions.
