Our stay at this hotel was excellent from the very beginning. Upon arriving in Cairo, a hotel driver was already waiting for us, making our transfer to the hotel seamless and comfortable. Additionally, we needed to add an extra night to our reservation, and the hotel staff managed it without any issues. The staff was outstanding at all times, providing us with great recommendations on what to do in Cairo and Giza. They even helped us arrange private drivers for all our activities, which gave us a sense of security and allowed us to enjoy our visits in an organized and stress-free manner. Breakfast was spectacular, with an unbeatable view of the Pyramids of Giza. As for the service, all the employees were top-notch—attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Without a doubt, this is an experience we would repeat. Highly recommended!

The staffs were amazing checking in with Mr Ehab.. Then checking out with Mr Mohamed Ibrahim. Breakfast was so good got to ry so many new Egyptian food recommended by Omar. Overall very good and relaxing stay.

Staying in Galaxy was terrific for me! The room was perfect, just perfect. I got ecstatic feeling of happiness by staying there. The vide, details, coziness, location, the view. The staff is just incredible, so so friendly, I can’t believe. My heart just melted there. Unbelievable, fantastic place. I’m so grateful! Recommend the place 1000 percent. Maybe for me was the best place I’ve stayed in so far in my life.

It’s wonderful to visit this hotel. The hotel is new, and everything is clean and well-organized. From the moment you arrive, the wide entrance and surrounding greenery create an excellent first impression. The area is very safe, with tourist police present everywhere in the Pyramids district at any time, 24/7. They also offer a unique view of the three pyramids.

Very new, clean and comfortable hotel near pyramids (2min to ticket office). The friendliest and most helpful administrator and stuff 🫶🏽 The view from the rooftop is absolutely fantastic. You can see panoramic landscape with pyramids and sphinx. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. I had everything what I need. Especially I’d like to mark pretty decorations in the room, they are wonderful. I enjoyed breakfast here, it was absolutely delicious and full: eggs, falafel, beans, bread, jam, sweet sauce, banana, vegetable salad, water and traditional coffee. Thanks you so much. It was a pleasure to stay at your hotel.
