It ticked the box for all we need, as there is parking, it's safe, as the owner occupies downstairs and the accommodation is upstairs. We can lock the door to our own part of the accommodation, so pretty safe. The shops (discount shop neto) is a few minutes away and about 15 minutes away is the town, with more shops and mcdonalds.
