The hotel will let you know where the taxi should drop you off. it is about 1-2 minutes walk from the drop off. The owner will meet you at the drop off to guide you to the hotel. The location for the Hotel is really strategic. We stayed for 2 nights and managed to explore the main area multiple times. The sound from nearby pubs were off around 11pm so it wasn’t an issue for us. The owner was try friendly and helpful in his suggestions (especially on good food). We will stay here again in future.

The room was a good size, the amenities excellent, and the food delicious. The service was both professional and attentive, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was its staff - their warmth, hospitality, and responsiveness made our stay unforgettable. We’re deeply grateful for their kindness in welcoming us to the beautiful town of Fenghuang. A special thank you and our very best wishes to Mr Liu. Without hesitation, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to my friends and fellow travellers.

Phenomenal, super helpful owner and the location! Huihui has been the best host ever and I do travel a lot. She even fetch me from the street at 11 pm when I got lost in Fenghuang maze of streets 💕 Great tips on the area, where to go and what to see. The room was great, spacious and with great view. If I come back to Fenghuang I will stay again with HuiHui. Thank you!

Absolutely top-notch service! Spotlessly clean. Free airport pick-up was a huge plus - they even arranged a complimentary car to take us to the river, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff were incredibly helpful and always had smiling faces. Perfect for a relaxing few days away. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Phoenix Haven! The location is perfect, right inside the scenic area, making it easy to explore the ancient town on foot. The owner is incredibly hospitable and provided me with a detailed map and great local tips. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with traditional touches. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, allowing me to rest well. If you're looking for a cozy and well-located stay in Phoenix Ancient Town, this is a great choice!
