The staff are so friendly and helpful.The rooms are clean and they upgrade my room to a king size bed. The hotel is surrounded by food restaurants and you will be spoilt for choice on food. Overall I like the stay.

Very nice staff, always ready to help foreign visitors despite the language barrier. Very clean, very safe. Spectacular breakfast, everything was tasty. Also the location is great, there's a small retail store to the side, a bank, a tea shop and several places where you can eat.

We booked a room on the last minute because of a cancelled flight. The shuttle bus was exactly where it was described, left exactly on time and the ride was super short. Once we arrived at the hotel (at 2am) we checked in immediately. We entered a room that was super nice but it seems that someone had been smoking in there and it was a bit unpleasant to spend the night there. We wend back to the reception and we were given a loft. It was way over the top, we only used the basic facilities, but it was a nice gesture. The rest of the hotel facilities looked excellent too, although we didn't have the chance to use them. If we are ever stranded in Beijing again (it was the 3rd time this year) we will definitely come back!

- Staff named Xiao Ling or Qiao Ling, she's the best. And one guy too. They help me to order food online thru their phone coz I don't have a China Number. Xiao Ling makes the experience like it's a 5-star hotel & always greets with a smile.
