The brother owner, who is taking care of the apartment and clients lives near by and is kind and reactive to all requests. The location is good and you can easily walk to Bastos centre during the day time in about 5min to go shops and restaurants. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has many amenities like Netflix, washing machine and kitchen utensils.

Everything was brilliant. The host Samuel is a cool guy, and very transparent and welcoming. The location is central, in a residential area, with easy access to most things. There are some shops nearby. It is the best all round property I have found so far and I will definitely use again.

Eve Home is one of the best guest houses I found in Yde. My stay was very comfortable, and everything looked just like the pictures. I would definitely go back if I visit Yde again. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very respectful.
