The staff's friendliness and attentiveness are beyond great; they pay attention to every little detail. Even the ladies who serve breakfast are incredibly friendly, genuinely interested in your trip and experiences, and very, very kind! The girls at reception were also wonderful. They helped me book a very special tour when I thought it wouldn't be possible, as I was trying to book just the day before. I always left at 6 a.m. to start my tours and daily activities, so I wasn't expecting to have breakfast at the hotel (which starts at 7). However, they immediately offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for me every morning, which was just perfect for the kind of plans people typically make here. I would definitely stay here again! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a well-appointed bathroom. The hotel also offers spacious and convenient free parking, the hotel is located just 1 km from the main city square.

From the moment we booked, he was always just a message away, responding to our questions and requests—both before and during our stay—within minutes. His attentiveness made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable! The hot tub is also such a welcome addition to the cabins, especially after a long tiring day of exploring and hiking. The cabins offer a great value for money, especially if you're going as a couple or with friends. And as a delightful bonus, Teo, the lovable and super-friendly dog, will shower you with love and affection! If you plan to use Puerto Natales as your base for exploring Patagonia, we highly recommend Cabañas Las Lengas!

Very spacious, more than we needed. There was on site laundry which was super helpful after 4 day trekking in Torres del Paine. The host was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend for a day or longer stays.

we absolutely loved this place. Although we arrived after dark and left before sunrise to get into the park, the room and common area was so nice and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. The hosts were lovely and very communicative which was great. We would have loved to stay longer.

It was our fifth apartment stay in Patagonia region and it’s the best . Clean and warm apartment with 2 baths , goood location , secure parking and the staff were very accommodating. Wish we cud stay longer . They allowed us to check in a day later becoz one of us needed medical treatment and had to reschedule. Thanks very much !!!
