Very nice staff with some staff speaking English well, but all were polite and helpful. The huge warm indoor salt water pool was amazing and we really enjoyed the gym too. The breakfast had healthy vegan and vegetarian options. The family room we stayed in was huge with two bedrooms so we loved the space. Ample covered parking nearby was very helpful.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Gilbert's place! The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. The apartment had everything we need and was very clean. It is the perfect place to start your hikings and explore the Aletschgletscher. We didn't need the car, you walk to the train, cablecar or start hiking from the apartment. We bought a 2-day ticket so that you can use the train and cablecars in this area. For us it was worth the price while we had a halbtax card. And last but not least, the host is great, she keeps in contact with you by mail and asks many times if everything is ok. Many thanks! Next time we come, we book this again.

    For this amount you won't get a better place in this area! Comfortable beds, buffet breakfast included, free parking including the whole day of departure, friendly staff. They gave me another room without hesitation when I mentioned the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Cheap dinner options available.

    A typical Swiss mountain hotel right next to the cable car. Not modern but perfectly clean and nice. Good food - if a little expensive, but then it is Switzerland. Good beer and fast WiFi. Some parking.
