Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

Amazing view, confortable and cosy. Everything is new, good quality furnishing. The kitchen is equipped with everything, it even had some cooking oil and salt/pepper, which is nice, when you cannot carry any kitchen stuff with you. The environment is quiet and relaxing.

Mario’s place was spacious and amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook a full meal, and there was a washing machine and drying rack for laundry. The apartment is a short 8mins walk from Interlaken West Station. The balconies overlooked the Höhematte Park, where there were paragliders during the day. As our stay was over the New Year’s period, the fireworks display was right at the park and we could enjoy the magnificent display in the comfort of our own home. Mario was very friendly and accommodating, and everything from leaving our luggages at the accommodation before check-in, to check-out, was seamless. Thank you so so much, Mario! I will definitely return to this apartment in the future!

Everything was excellent. The apartment is exactly according to the pictures. Spacious and very comfortable for a couple. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more than what is provided in other apartments. (eg baking paper). The owner of the apartment, the wonderful Irma, collects the garbage for recycling once a day, and about once every two days the normal garbage. We stayed five nights and after three nights she changed our towels. Everything we wanted we got. When the internet stopped going up, she came up to us and didn't leave until we saw that it was working again. The location is excellent. A quiet town within a very short walking distance to a train station from where you can go anywhere. to the main sites in the region and through Interlaken to any other city. There is convenient parking for guests.

Clean and everything was prepared nicely, clean sheets, toilets, kitchen, living hall and heater all were working well. Nice view from balcony. Very considerate - allowed to keep bags in cellar after check out.

    Very beautiful location with stunning views on the mountains. Quiet little hotel, very cozy and relaxing. The host is super friendly and helpful and put in a lot of effort. Breakfast was very good and everything thing was done to make sure the quests are satisfied. Rooms are spacious very comfortable. Wifi was great and free parking available. If you want to relax, this is the place. Enjoyed everything, highly recommend this place.

    Lovely traditional guesthouse with the most amazing views. We chose to stay here rather than in Lauterbrunnen, because of better pricing, but I think we got the best views. The room was spacious, a shared terrace to enjoy the view, breakfast and parking provided. The road up here was an amazing feat of engineering with a spiral tunnel and switchbacks, care needs to be taken, but it’s not busy and plenty of places for passing. Worth it for the view!
