Amazingly clean, minimal, warm atmosphere. Amazing instructions and communication. The shower was fabulous!! Bed super comfortable (with great cushion for neck). We needed a place to stay one night as we travelled and we could not have asked for a better place!

The customer support was the best that we have ever had in a hotel!!! The location was perfect in the city center, also the parking and the access to hotel was so convenient!!! The breakfast absolutely excellent!!!! And of course the room was perfectly cleaned!!! Really it’s worth 10/10!!!!

Staying here was such a pleasant experience.... The location couldn't be better!! Just a short walk to the city hospital, close to the lake and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping centers. It was so clean and quiet, much better than downtown noise. Price-quality ratio was really perfect!

    Very unique location with lovely view over the lake! Comfortable bed with sink in the room and large-ish room for how much you pay. Shared bathroom, there was only one so it was busy. But room was in great condition, clean and tidy and comfortable bed. Cute walk through very old village to get there, very nice. Public parking (through apps was easy like EasyPArk) was expensive but as expected for Switzerland!
