The staff was welcoming and provided us with information about the city. The rooms were big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was good. We also had coupons through guest cards provided by the hotel. The hotel is also at the centrum and is not far from the train station.

The beds were super comfortable and location was superb. Lots of light in the spacious room and comfortable temperature. Even had a large desk which provided lots of counter space. We were allowed to check in hours earlier which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was a lavish affair in a lovely room with views of the streets. Staff was exceptionally helpful when my husband had to go to the hospital. The bar in the lobby along with the seating looked very welcoming.

I like that the host was responsive late in the evening and picked up the phone at 23:00 and responded to message after 00:00. We had to check the entry code with the host, because booking.com system provided the wrong code.

We booked for one night before our Bernina Express journey. The service we received was much more than I expected. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The big screen TV was great.     Very near the train station to Bernina Express. Free parking available just 5 mins walk away. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable as many stayed here to board the Bernina express in the morning.
