Everything was perfect easy check in system, very Clean and safe place & good staff. The apartment has everything & We booked 4 apartments for two nights the building with the train station I thought the railway side rooms are little noisy but no sound I heard while in the room trains are very very silent best stay for this year😊

We come back to my home town Bern several times a year and have stayed in many different hotels and B&Bs - SONNEN Loft beats them all! Basic breakfast with bread, cheese, jam (homemade) and orange juice was enough to get the day off to a good start. Both tea and coffee was available with pods. Little garden area to sit in for breakfast and evening drink was ideal. Location literally next to the railway station was ideal giving easy access to both Thun and Bern without need of the car. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, giving advice on what to see in the area.

I had an excellent experience with my stay! it felt a lot like home, the Hostess was very Kind and generous, she had upgraded our stay to a beautiful suite! the Breakfast was amazing, the room was dreamy! excellent friendly service that made me want to go there again! I appreciated the traditional Swiss feel & design about the hotel. And the Hostess was very caring to provide the best service, it was an excellent experience overall!
