Review for Sphera Hotel Our stay at Sphera Hotel was an unforgettable experience filled with warmth, care, and outstanding hospitality. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and valued. A special thank you to Ms. Diana and two other colleagues whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch—a lady working the morning shift and a gentleman working the night shift. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay exceptional. Ms. Diana, with her joyful smile and cheerful conversations, made us feel genuinely happy and as though we had known her for a long time. This created an immediate sense of comfort and welcome, which set a positive tone for our entire stay. The lady working the morning shift showed remarkable kindness and care. When we needed assistance planning a trip, she didn’t hesitate to help. Since we don’t speak Russian, she called the destination on our behalf, gathered all the details, wrote everything down, and explained it all with enthusiasm and love. Her willingness to assist made our planning so much easier and stress-free. On our last night, the gentleman working the night shift demonstrated exceptional hospitality. He stepped outside to ensure we safely boarded our cab, standing at the hotel door with a warm smile and wishing us a safe flight. This thoughtful gesture was a perfect way to end our stay. When we first arrived at our room, we were greeted with a heartwarming surprise—a handwritten note congratulating us on our honeymoon, along with a beautifully arranged fruit plate. This thoughtful gesture made us feel so special and welcomed. During one of the days, I wasn’t feeling well, and the hotel restaurant staff were incredibly attentive. They promptly brought me what I needed and even sent another plate of fruit with kind wishes for a speedy recovery. Their care and compassion truly stood out.

We really, really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. A new, cozy, modern hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including a robe and slippers. The balcony overlooking the river gave us many pleasant moments over morning coffee and evening tea. Special thanks go to the staff of this hotel, very friendly, intelligent, always smiling, which made our stay even more comfortable. The ideal solution of the hotel management was to provide a transfer to the city center. I would like to separately thank the staff on the day of check-in for the help they provided on the day of check-in. Thank you for your holiday.

Everything was perfect, clean,not really far from city center, the host was super kind and hospitable. I highly recommend it to everyone.

As a veteran traveller staying in three star hotels across Eastern Europe, I say that accommodation does not come better than the Pallada. You have a spotlessly clean room with excellent furnishings, A/C and a totally modern bathroom in a hotel with very friendly staff and shared tea/coffee/water facilities. Further, you are two minutes walk from the iconic Republic Square in the centre of Yerevan and about four minutes from the nearest Metro Station. Think Marriott Armenia Hotel but with a focus on style rather than luxury and at a fraction of the price. Speaking of price, the Pallada offers tremendous value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation.

That was such a great experience! This hotel is really customer-oriented. They do everything for you to get joy and pleasure while staying there. The staff became my friends within a week: special thanks to Arshak, Nora, David, and, of course, beautiful owner Svetlana. Everything you need, these guys immediately try to make happen. Some days I was late for breakfast because of loud and funny Yerevan nights, so the staff, including the owner left breakfast for me, that was so sweet🥹🫶🏼 (but don't be like me guys😅). Not to mention, my acquaintance with the hotel started in the Booking chat when I asked if it's possible to check me in earlier. Not only did they really try to make it happen, but also were very sweet while talking. Already then I understood that I'm gonna stay in the cool place. Rooms are super new, super clean, and it was very comfy there. Loved these cozy wall lamps and soft carpets! Huge storages, I asked for extra clothes hangers, and lovely woman Nora kindly provided them to me🫶🏼 Last but not least, breakfasts there are PHENOMENAL! Not much, but everything, literally everything, was delicious and made with love directly by the owner, Svetlana.🩷 Even things I usually don't eat, I was eating with pleasure in this hotel. It is a much better option than a hotel. Apartment has all you need - laundry machine, small kitchen, free wi fi, good security, elevator, place is quiet. Location is great, within a walking distance to the centre.
