It's an excellent place for family or friends. Luxury and super comfortable place with amazing views of mountains and many sitting areas & 10 mins walking to one of the best beaches in UAE. The decorations are very well organised, even when it comes to small details. If you are looking for a quiet, comfort & privacy, I highly recommend TheOne villa. I would like to thank Mr. Abdulla a lot for his hospitality and great welcoming. Also, for guiding us to the amazing nearby attractions.

Just sometimes when I pass by some room I can smell someone is smoking and makes the area and corridor smells bad. 😷🤧🤢 3. Breakfast - 8⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : Nice and good options. The staff is helpful and area are always clean and tidy. I love their KARAK chai sooo gooodddd❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼 4. Staff - 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : All their staff are friendly and always with genuine smiles. Location: At first it feels like an isolated hotel but the location of it is ideal indeed. Mareedh Beach is super near like 4km only and is a very relaxing place to go to, Manar mall is just 2km away, to name a few. The place was very quiet and peaceful with no sounds of cars. I loved that. Rooms: I stayed in a studio and it was fine for me. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no glass covered shower area nor a jacuzzi bathtub. But I didn't mind it much. There are mountain views from the windows by the way. Service/People: Lovely people. Very quick to serve. Smiley faces. They didn't even charge me for snacks that I ordered at 1 am.
