We absolutely loved Casa Azul. It is centrally located, about a ten minute walk to downtown Puerto Varas, and the property itself is a real gem. There are beautiful gardens, a koi pond, and some very adorable animals. Everything is run clearly and efficiently, the house is kept very clean, and our room itself was really cozy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here. The vibe is impeccable.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and a very clean hostel. I especially enjoyed the spacious bathrooms and kitchen space. Good location in the centre of town close to the bus terminal and many grocery shops.

Very spacious cabin - well kitted out with a small kitchen and table & chairs. Really comfortable beds. Very clean throughout. Good location - just over the bridge out of town so very quiet. Host was very friendly and had lots of recommendations and information for us about restaurants, bakeries, tourist attractions, etc. Gave us a couple of eggs from their hens which was appreciated!

The location makes it really easy to get to Osorno volcano and to the Rapids and waterfalls.

I had a view of the lake and Osorno volcano from my room. It was stunning! The hotel is close to shops and restaurants. My room was spacious and clean. I forgot my adapter for the wall plug and the front desk allowed me to borrow one. The concierge was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had lots of variety. I recommend this hotel!
