The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We had some delay in reaching the accommodations, but they allowed us to have our dinner right as we entered, before checking in. They also helped us to call a taxi to the train station on our last day. My mother left an item behind, and they kindly mailed it over to my address in Tokyo after we left! Compliments to the chef, the food every breakfast and dinner were so delicious, and my family and I got to try many local delicacies in the comfort of the hotel :) My parents also enjoyed their very first experience of onsen here!

We like the Onsen that allow you to book for a private Onsen either with friends or family or just yourself. The breakfast is good. The staffs are all very polite & helpful. They provide free drinks like juice, sparking water, beer & sake in the mini fridge. The shower, bathtub and toilet are all separate. Everything provided are all with good quality.
