The indoor and outdoor onsens were perfect! The food was exceptional and exquisitely presented. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful.

SpainEverything was great, really enjoyed my stay in Shizukatei. Room was great and very comfortable, Baths are also great and the surroundings are beautiful and very quiet. They have a transport service and picked me up from the train station, it is just a 10mins drive. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and very high quality. Team was really nice, very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

GermanyEverything is newly renovated and spotless. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We enjoyed the onsen very much. We would gladly come back again!

Absolutely loved the hot spring baths, both indoor and outdoor, and it was great to have bath options between whirlpool, ultrasound, bubbles, herbal, etc. The staff were super knowledgeable about the area and provided lots of insider local information about when popular restaurants would sell out, how to get places, and so on. Very helpful and kind.

Location was good, food was nice (mainly Asian variety) and Onsen was OK! (no towels there, bring the towel from the room) room was spacious, but weird design. We stayed in a twin room
