The bedroom was a lovely traditional Japanese style room, with amazing breakfast provided. The Onsen Was a beautiful place to relax after a big day, with a lovely massage chair to top it off. The Hosts were absolutely lovely people. Who went out of their way to offer rides to and from the Train and to drop us off to an amazing local cheap but high quality Sushi dinner. Had a great stay here, Would highly suggest.

The staff at the hotel is friendly, There are private onsen for ¥3,300. Although it says there are no lunches and dinners, but there is such a sumptuous table that you can eat all day and not go to town

Loved the view of Mt Fuji overseeing the lake from our room Also loved the Japanese-style room, and the dinner and breakfast we availed of were great. The onsens were also a pleasant experience to try, and the staff were very attentive and can speak English well. We also appreciated the shuttle back to the station.

Excellent Onsen, staff and meals (breakfast and dinner). Our host Sara was very nice to make us feel welcome. The hotel has a beautiful view to the lake and to the Fuji and is easily accessible from the station by foot or the complementary shuttle service.

room was great and the staff were so helpful! they picked me up from the train station and dropped me off when i checked out. They also booked a sake tour for me and took me to that location. The reception girl spoke excellent English. Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff, location and vibe were amazing. Highly recommend. A really layed back set up, but with all the comforts you need. Suggest stopping to get a fresh lobster and request the BBQ from the staff, was so good.

    Absolutely everything. The couple who own the place are so friendly and accommodating, they made us feel very welcome. We rented a yukata each for a very reasonable price, used the massage chair and private onsen. The value for money was incredible! We also had a lovely breakfast in a beautiful Japanese room. The whole experience felt very authentic and it’s great we could do that with young children.

    Room was amazing - large with Fuji view. Very clean. Large and comfortable beds. We used the private Onsen - amazing. Close to FujiQ Highland amusement park and hotel guests can enter the park before the rest of the visitors which saves a lot of time waiting in lines.
