The staff was so nice and friendly, always available to help. The room was very big and we were able to have the onsen only for ourselves. I totally recommend this place.

Everything. From the moment you walk in, the staff is very attentive and cheerful. Everyone smiles. I forgot that I booked dinner too so It was nice surprise for me. Dinner was interesting, you have 70min to dine in and this is due to free flowing alcohol. Just wow. Havnt seen that in any Japanese hotels before! It was bonus for sure! Food was good. Didn't use the onsen but they have 3 of them. Many different facilities and only 4min away driving from the station (I took a taxi $6). The best was the view!! My room was facing opposite way from Mt Aso and I actually preferred it coz it was not only stunning but also you can watch sunset and train passing by from this side which was a highlight for me. Room was very spacious and the Tanami area was great. Love it a lot

Everything. The quiet location, lovely gardens, hot spring baths, the incredible dinner and breakfast, the friendly efficient staff. Our room was lovely, and the futon beds were very comfortable.

Staff service was over any expectations, they informed me about the transport situation before I got there and helped me arranging my trip back. The tea in the rooms comes from their fields and is so good. The facility has an old history and is well maintained and beautiful, no need to even mention the onsen inside.. Very good, I recommend to anyone
