The scenery was incredible, I could even see the waterfall from my window. Probably one of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed already because of the view. Staff were very friendly (although they spoke little English) and helpful, breakfast was good. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

What a stunning place! Everything was perfect for our stay near the Santa Rosa Thermals. The room was very clean and cozy in a beautiful environnement. The ruler was very kind and the staff was helpful and sweet. Good breakfast

Rafael was an excellent host. The cabana on his property is entirely built from recycled materials and has a lot of character. He was extremely attentive, responsive, and friendly, and we joined his family for some Christmas celebrations down the hill. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed watching birds while eating breakfast on the balcony each morning (Andean Motmots, Tropical Screech Owls, and countless species of tanagers). Easy access to Otun Quimbaya. Others have noted that there was no hot water, but the shower works fine, it just requires a little finesse.

The location is incredible since you can just walk up to the hot springs which is obviously the main attraction in town. More importantly though, the staff is incredibly kind and the breakfast is delicious!

Wow - what an incredible place! This was not on our essential Colombia itinerary but I recommend you add it to yours - we will moving forward. We honestly ended up here because we had an extra day before we had to be back in Medellin from Salento and I'm so happy we did. It's in the most incredible national park and it is truly an experience. The thermal pools are incredible and I do recommend taking a dip in the thermal river here! Just stunning and so relaxing. I will say it was a bit pricey to get there via cab. I think we paid 300,000 COP from Salento (not bad for two hours, but definitely more than we were used to on a backpacker budget). I just say that to prepare you for it or to give you time to try and figure out another method if budget is important. BUT for the rate of the room, access to the pools and also all the food that was included - the rate we paid to stay here was incredible! Also the food was fantastic! Finally - the journey there is really stunning!
