Even people at the front desk were helpful at all times.

For some reason love was in the air. We were there to celebrate our 25 th Anniversary and from the time we entered the hotel we felt loved and taken care of. A loud welcome ma'am and welcome sir from the valet at the entrance. The front desk had Priyanka who was the sweetest person at the reception ever. She gave us a lot of surprises....a lounge pass with food and drinks were on the house, an entry for a DJ nite, a surprise cake cutting in the room. At the lounge they were celebrating a customer week and we had an opportunity to cut the cake there as well. The rooms were clean as u would imagine. The staff is very friendly......I thought it was just a perfect Anniversary celebration 🎉🥳

JW Marriott Bengaluru is a luxury hotel ideally located near Cubbon Park in the heart of the city, offering a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. Great Breakfast, variety of food and drinks. The room was exceptional with a personalised touch. Felt warm and cozy throughout my stay at JW Mariott. The front desk staff also was very welcoming with quick check in procedures.

Ubicado en Madurai, a 4.4 km de Meenakshi Temple, Courtyard by Marriott Madurai tiene hospedaje con una alberca al aire libre, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, un gimnasio y un jardín. TODO. La verdad es que desde antes de entrar al hotel el personal es fantástico. En la puerta nos recibieron Ramkumar y Rajpandi, siempre muy atentos y dispuestos con nosotros. El chico de recepción (no recuerdo el nombre) fue muy educado y sonriente. En general, todos el personal de recepción se portó de manera excepcional. La comida deliciosa y variada, y el restaurante muy bien cuidado. Por otro lado, el gimnasio muy completo y limpio.

Very clean rooms. The staff are the best part about this property, they are very courteous and kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit the city.
