It is always rough to arrive late at night in a place and not know what to expect but they were the BEST! Even though my plane was three hours late they still had someone waiting for me at the airport but not only that, when I arrived they had give me a free upgrade to a suite! It just so happened to be on the Turquoise floor which is my favorite color so it was perfect. Extremely friendly staff, always making sure I had everything I needed. One even took me to a barber personally! They really went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Mención especial para Mr. Kshitiz Pahari, un anfitrión amable y de trato exquisito que junto al resto de su personal consiguieron que me sintiera muy comodo y con ganas de volver. La piscina es increíble y se agradece después de haber hecho algún circuito de Trek o pasear por la ciudad.

The hotel is at foot distance from main turistic street in the town and the room was cleaned and nice (also providing daily extra cleaning). Rich and excellent breakfast. Very good check-in experience with very welcomming, prepared and kind personnel. Definitely recommended.
