I can surely say that this hotel was one of my best experiences in Georgia. We had lots of luggage and right from the time of checking in till we checked out the staff helped us. They even offered options of the rooms for us to choose which I felt was really thoughtful. The staff at the reception was exceptional. Very pleasant to talk to and suggested some very good local restaurants. The location too is perfect. Not too crowded and walkable from the city centre and the restaurants and cafes. The interiors are tastefully done and looked fresh. I would definitely recommend this for families.

The space is organised such that guests didn’t interfere each other. Great breakfast and restaurant itself is very nice. Amazing staff. Highly recommended!
