I like everything about Endeavour House - first and foremost, I appreciated the kindness of our host Barbara who went out of her way to see that we were comfortable. She picked us up from the Red Jet on our arrival to Cowes and also drove us all the way round the island early in the morning on the date of our departure to make sure that we would be in time for our ferry. Thank you so much Barbara from both of us. I hope to be back again soon!

La St Georges House si trova a 8 minuti a piedi dal centro di Shanklin e dalla stazione ferroviaria. La struttura dista 5 minuti a piedi dal sentiero sulla scogliera, che conduce alla spiaggia. The location is excellent. We were just a short walk from the old village, a lovely beach, Shanklin Chine, quaint shops, several restaurants and nice pubs. Bus and train routes are close by. The hosts were very attentive, friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with the breakfast - there were lots of options, it was high quality and excellent value for money. The breakfast room itself is a great setting - nice and bright, with some easy listening music to start the day. Our room was clean and comfortable, with lots of nice touches such as fresh flowers, biscuits and little chocolates. There is a communal area with a bar. Thank you so much Mark and Pearly, for making our stay so comfortable!

Set in attractive gardens, The Havelock offers a Mediterranean-style pool and en suite rooms, some have a sea view. There is some free private parking, and the seafront is close by. Convenient location for the village and the chine, and the road was quiet.
