We were given the most incredible two-bedroom apartment with a private pool on the 44th floor, offering an unreal panoramic view of Dubai and Palm Jumeirah. I still can’t believe my luck! Waking up to this view every morning felt like a dream. What truly sets this hotel apart is how they cater to every guest’s wishes. No request is too big or too small—they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. And I must say, Hamza has become more than just a manager to us—he is a true friend. His kindness, attentiveness, and incredible dedication to his work make him an exceptional person and a true asset to this hotel. Leaving is heartbreaking—I truly have tears in my eyes! I had requested for early check in because their flight arrived to Dubai early and they arranged everything! The staff was amazing, their hospitality was amazing and even the manager came by and asked my parents how was their stay. Definitely coming back and recommending to everyone

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast was absolutely to die for, and the service was excellent. Everything about our stay was amazing. They even gave us free branded beach bags and hats to take home—such a nice touch! Wow! I’ll definitely be coming back. 10 out of 10!

Everything was perfect. The staff, the location, the hotel itself, the cleanliness, the beach. The hotel was really trying to accommodate all of our requests. We had some minor issues (outside of the hotel’s control), however the hotel made sure that we still enjoy our stay, and we really did! So far one of the best hotels in Dubai I have been to, and plan on definitely coming back! A big thank you to NH The Palm, and all of their staff!
