The best part about our stay was that the staff (especially Imen and Patience) were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the view was great, even from the 11th floor. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was even a laundry machine in the apartment.

Staying at this hotel truly feels like living in a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and outstanding hospitality, especially from Mr. Ramesh at the reception. Each moment spent here was a continuation of that dream. The room was perfect—isolated for privacy, with a stunning view (Pool and Entertainment Area). The restaurant and facilities were exceptional, and the hotel’s location was ideal for me. The pools and overall design of the hotel added to the experience, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The supportive staff were present everywhere, making our stay even more enjoyable. I am still amazed at the value for money; this is a 7-star hotel offered at the price of a 3 or 4-star establishment. We had a 1 night stop-over, very late arrival and wanted a late check-out. The staff were proactively accommodating - giving us adjoining rooms (with 3 kids, that was a bonus), late check-out without a charge. Facilities were great, breakfast, swimming pool, gym. Airport shuttle worked well (it leaves on the hour from the airport and half past the hour from the hotel). All-in-all, exceeded our expectations!
