Everything was great. We got upgraded to a better room for the same price. The room was spacious, the bed was good, the aircon worked well. The breakfast was yummy. The staff were very helpful. The location was good - easy walk to everything in the medina, and easy access to taxis.

The location is near the medina with an affordable price. It is an amazing experience staying in a riad. The breakfast was a bounty and the staff were accommodating. The riad helped with coordinating a taxi from the train station for a fee.

I would absolutely recommend this Riad to everyone! I stayed here with my girlfriend Sabina for two nights. The Riad is run by young guys who truly do everything they can to make guests feel comfortable and at home. You can really see that they do their job with love, and with this review, I want to thank and support them for their wonderful work. We were welcomed by Muhammad (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!), and since we arrived early in the morning, he welcomed us with a delicious breakfast and tea, which we received as a kind gesture. The accommodation is in a great location, between two main streets in Fes. After breakfast, Muhammad sat down with us on the couch and took his time explaining the city map and giving us many great recommendations on where to go. Every day he asked how was our day. I really like to remember one evening when we sat on the couch with Muhammad and his friend, drinking tea and having a friendly two-hour conversation about Moroccan and European culture, religion, and traveling. That was what I liked the most – Muhammad and his colleagues were really interested in their guests, they made friends with them, and really wanted to get to know them. The accommodation is clean, colorful, safe, and a true example of honest human work. When we left Fes for Marrakech early in the morning, we got a breakfast to go and even a handwritten note with tips on what to visit in Marrakech. Beautiful Riad, professional and lovely staff who take care of every detail! Very calm, very clean and very well located! We walked everywhere (central to all the sights). Delicious and varied breakfast, especially on the terrace overlooking the old Medina. It was fabulous. A trip that will stay etched in our memories, can't wait to come back. Me and my family had an amazing stay at this Riad in Fez. The service was exceptional from start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always felt welcomed. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, freshly prepared with a variety of delicious local options, which gave us a great start to the day. The location is also perfect, situated within walking distance of the main attractions in the Medina, making it very easy to explore the city. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, I highly recommend this Riad for its fantastic service, lovely ambiance, and unbeatable location.

    This Riad was a magical conclusion to our five day tour of Morocco. As with much of the country, things look run down on the outside but turn out to be simply majestic on the inside. There's no way not to have a wonderful experience here. The staff was first class and incredibly friendly. They arranged dinner reservations, allowed us to print boarding passes and coordinated our taxi to the airport. The rooms are stunningly beautiful as are the courtyards, and pool. 5 stars all the way around.
