The hotel was clean and modern, with spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and welcoming, they allowed early check-in for one of our rooms, which was very convenient. Breakfast was basic but enough to start the day, and getting a taxi to the city center was easy.

Very convenient location - a few mins walk from a metro station and near a lovely crafts market. There is a small supermarket across the road which is convenient. The room was well equipped and even had a washing machine which was handy after a week of travelling. Staff really nice and helpful. Note that the entrance to the building is from a little alleyway in between two buildings- but still very safe.

I had a fantastic stay at this property for one night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my needs and I was able to easily access all the nearby amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of this hotel! The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, and our river view room was definitely worth it. The whole stay felt calm and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything we needed. It was also great that the hotel provides a shuttle service to Republic Square. The hotel itself and the area around are beautiful — lots of greenery, a river and a small bridge to walk across, even though it’s in the city. I would highly recommend!

Definitely the best hotel that we ever stayed so far. We are traveling for years and Dynasty Hotel was the best until now. A very beautiful hotel! Everything was perfect our favorite part was the spa😍 The room was very clean and comfortable 👌🏻 The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful 🙏🏻 Especially the girl at the reception was so nice with us 🙏🏻 When we arrived at the airport our reservation for our car that we rent was cancelled and when we communicate with her she immediately found us a transfer to the hotel! Thank you very much for everything! if we come back to Yerevan again this is definitely the place that we’re going to stay 🙏🏻
