Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages. This property is superb in all regards. The hosts, Elza and Albert, are gracious, welcoming, and ever so helpful. We just returned from almost 3 weeks in South Africa, staying in a number of guest houses. Riverside was our most enjoyable stay. We regretted not having booked a longer stay at this wonderful establishment. The attention to detail in all matters of the accommodation are quite remarkable, really. This is a must stay when in the Outdshoorn/George area. The breakfast room and fare were very upscale without feeling stuffy. Food was delicious!

The facilities were beautiful, the views were spectacular and the beds were the best I slept in my entire time in south Africa. We will be back when we visit south Africa again. Thank you

It was exceptional. We were celebrating our relationship and had an incredible time. The hospitality and quality of the room and services really surprised us, as did the cleanliness and beauty of the entire place. We felt immersed in all the African fauna and flora. It was a great experience, it really surprised us.

Sanbona Wildlife Reserve is an authentic and contrasting natural space, conveniently located along Route 62, a mere 3.5 hours from Cape Town in the arid Little Karoo. The entire experience is 5 stars. The small lodges make it feel very personal and intimate. Our drives only had 5 people on a 9/10 passenger vehicle making it very comfortable. The food and drinks were great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Duckpond Lodge! From the moment we arrived, Richard went above and beyond to make our visit truly special. He was incredibly communicative leading up to our stay and took extra care to arrange thoughtful gifts for a special birthday celebration, which was such a delightful surprise. The lodge itself was charming, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations, and it’s clear that Richard genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. We couldn’t recommend Duckpond Lodge more and will definitely be returning!

Karoo 62 Escapes está ubicado en Ladismith y ofrece alojamiento con pileta al aire libre disponible todo el año, wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratis para los huéspedes que viajan en auto. Very nice chalet with wonderfull view. Also a good place for more than one night :) Thank you for water, firewood and the warm and cozy chalet.
