We were there for ski trip. I loved Sandy's service by giving us all the info about the mountain and how to be prepared with passes and mapping it out for us to make sure we get the best experience which I appreciated soo much! The place itself was soo clean and felt like home. Beautiful lounge area and clean kitchen and nice open outdoor area to enjoy food with the best view in the area! Highly recommend and I'll definitely be staying here on my next trip :)

Plateau Lodge is located 15 minutes’ drive from UNESCO World Heritage listed Tongariro National Park, where guests can enjoy skiing, hiking, cycling and paddling activities. LOVED the outdoor bathtub, and the room was very comfortable with a king bed and fridge/bar area. Great outdoor living room with couch and small table. Good restaurant within walking distance, Would love to stay for much longer!

She was very helpful and the room was perfect for us. The beds were super comfortable. The amenities were really great and we had a beautiful view of the mountains. The location is key, close to a market and a pick up and drop off for tours in National Park. Definitely will return!
