Strahan Wilderness Lodge was easy to get to if you have a vehicle. The shared dining room area and kitchen has a lovely view of the water and Strahan across the bay. The Wilderness Lodge was clean and furnished well. it ws a quiet and comfortable place to stay. The couple running it are friendly and helpful.

Varied vegetation from the forest nearby and sounds of birds appeals to the senses

Immaculately clean, beautiful views, spacious. Filled with everything you could think/need. Host was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. It was our favourite accommodation to date! Ofreciendo un jardín, una terraza y un restaurante, The Little Seed ofrece hospedaje en Franklin con WiFi gratis y vistas al río. Little seed was a beautifully presented property. The ability to order dinner in-house was fantastic and the quality and generosity of the servings outstanding. We would highly recommend this property for a beautiful place to stay when exploring the area around Franklin.

Mures Cloudy Bay Retreat está situado en South Bruny, en la región de Bruny Island, y tiene un patio y vistas al mar. Loved the fact that it's totally off grid and solar powered. The open plan layout & the amazing floor to ceiling glass fronting the ocean are amazing. (There are no blinds but we were fine with that.) The big log burner fire kept us nice & warm, and at night you could look at ocean views from the lovely big bed. Well equipped kitchen with many basic supplies provided. We were there during stormy weather but even on a bad weather day the views are still incredible Must mention that the access is a 20 minute drive from the main road - its on a very bumpy dirt track through pretty patches of forest & coastal dunes - beautiful.
