We had such a great time. The staff were all so wonderful, the location is magical, and the food was lovely too. Couldn't have asked for more. The drive from the main road is quite long, but with animals the whole way. We were self-driving Etosha but the safari guide came and found us without us asking and showed us on a map the best spots to go and times of day to go there, which led us to some incredible sightings. Sitting having dinner at sunset watching the rhinos, giraffes and game wandering around the watering hole was one of the highlights of our trip. The drive to Etosha is about an hour each way, so I would recommend splitting time between this lodge and a night or two in the park, but you won't regret staying here.

Two geriatrics on a Namibian road trip received a great welcome from Danja, Anita and Jandre - absolutely outstanding hosts. Everything was so well catered for, meals were out of this world, and the afternoon sunset drive was spectacular! Thanks for the photos and memories Jandre.
