A very beautiful location and facilities, delicious food, and incredibly kind treatment made it the best memory.

Saki and Hayden were amazing hosts, made us feel very welcome. The staff were lovely and the food DELISH! Breakfast was different each day and super tasty. Japanese room was so comfy and cosy. Overall, a great stay and would come again

Even so I stayed only one night, I felt felt really welcomed from the first step in the Hotel. The owner was very friendly and warm. They cooked a very good dinner for me. After a perfect and silent night in the very cozy bed. I enjoyed a great breakfast before I was driven by car to the bus station by the owner. I can absolutely recommend this place.

The management was very lovely and helpful. They handled our ski lift pass with better price. Some facilites were refurnished couple of months ago, some shower has been added. Big shout out for Olivier who was a great host.

One of the standout features of Alp Bach Madarao is the incredible dining experience. The meals were nothing short of spectacular, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients prepared to perfection. Breakfast was yum. The location is awesome, specially for winters. Had an amazing stay here. The hosts are great too.

Thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at the Madarao Mountain Lodge. Used it as a very convenient base for 3 nights to ski the Madarao, Nozawa and Myoko resorts. Good atmosphere / good dining / good pricing and good location. Proximity to the slope is a brisk 1 minute walk. Highly recommend and will be back!

Great location, easy walk to ski slopes, restaurants and a private onsen. Cosy and comfortable and loved the community space around the open fire, great place to connect at the end of the day. Extremely welcoming team, friendly and helpful. Lodge has drying room, bar is open in evening for fire side drinks. Felt like staying with a big group of friends. Highly recommend.
