Very comfortable and well equipped room Mimosa Lodge offers a guided tour map for Montagu, so we walked for an hour or so and we saw all places of interest which are well described. Super idea and a very nice walk! But the very best was evening dinner: fine dining which has been something else. Wonderful!

lovely view, room was super clean. loved the little touches, flowers left by the bed, decanter with local wine was amazing. view from the pools stunning! Darleen was friendly and so helpful with organising passes for the springs for us.

    It was central and easy to stroll around and explore the town and a short drive to the Avalon springs for a family day out. The rooms were well equipped with heaters, extra blankets and happy huggers, which were a lovely detail.

    I liked the helpful staff. When we called for attention at our unit help waa sent very quickly. The security were always very friendly and helpful even. Borrowing us a. Grill to use for our braai. We could go back and forth from Avalon Springs after the access and were able to enjoy a level of pleasure swiming in warmer water. Unfortunately the water was not very hot in Avalon springs as well. Nevertheless the experience was great and we took many photos.

    Beautiful old vintage house. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms . The entertainment area was a bonus. Breakfast was filling. 7 mins drive to Avalon Springs which was a big plus.

    The location is excellent to get to the Avalon Springs. Two lovely swimming pools on the property which we enjoyed. Safe and ample parking. Hot steam showers and bath amazing.

    Everything! The Host is amazing and so friendly! The house is clean and has everything you would need for a week away. montagu and avalon springs are around the corner and wine tasting in Robertson is a treat :)

    We book quite regularly at the resort. However, we do prefer to stay at Avalon Springs (Hotel). Everything is just awesome. Also, the way access to the hot pools was controlled by security, for those who were not residents at Avalon Springs - that was admirable. Avalon Springs really go the extra mile for their guest and it is appreciated. Definitely going to be booking soon again. See you soon!!
