Perfect stay! The hotel is so beautiful and so complete!: The amazing breakfast, the pool and sunbed area, the great massages, the free bikes that they had available for the guests. Everything was perfect and the staff was incredible. I reccomend 100%

Only regret was we didn’t get enough time to truly enjoy this beautiful property and the luxurious room we were provided due to time constraints. We met Luna at reception who was super accommodative and helpful. We got a great room with a bathtub inside and amazing reception at the check in. The room was beautiful and absolutely one of the best we have ever stayed in. Staff was accommodative and super helpful

This was another memorable stay in Vietnam. From the outside the hotel looks clean, comfortable and welcoming and the inside does not disappoint. The staff were extremely kind and speak very good english. They gave us some brochures and told us what activites we could do either in the old town or by the beach. Location is great, taking into account that you’re around 2km from the old town and the beach respectively. So around a 20mins walk either way or a 10min cycle. The rooms are super comfortable with great mattrasses and soft pillows. They are very clean and have great interior design. It all looks pretty new and well looked after. The pool is situated on the ground floor and due to its shady location is very cool and refreshing in the extreme temperatures. The pool area is nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast is also excellent and you can choose from fruit, patisserie or even have something local cooked freshly. The staff and manager are very keen on honest feedback and told us to let them know about how comfortable the beds were for instance.

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The place is a gem and an absolute bargain - you will not regret booking here!!!

In a very good location, the staff was very kind and helpful. Big room, with huge bed and all the amenities. They also gave us bicycles to wander around Hoi An, free of charge. Highly recommended!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable 5 nights stay at this hotel this December. During our stay, we were able to experience their ful range of services and are able to report on them for you. Almost immediately after booking our stay at this hotel on booking.com we received an E-mail from the hotel to introduce themselves and their facilities and asking if we had any needs for our stay. Inquiries were quickly and helpfully answered. They emailed again a few days before our stay to enquire about our arrival and if we needed help with airport transfer. On arrival, check-in was very comfortably done on the sofa with the very friendly with the helpful lady from the front desk patiently explaining the hotel services and available tours in Hoi An to us. This attention and care continued throughout out stay when they enquired daily how we slept and how our day went. We had a family connecting room. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully done. The included breakfast was very good and included a delicious selection of local as well as western items. We had enjoyed different types of massages and the spam. The masseuses were awesome. My daughter’s birthday fell during our stay. Every staff seemed to know about it! At breakfast the restaurant staff sang Happy Birthday as they presented her a birthday cake. Later, as we we down for our tour of the day, the receptionist walked us to the car and again wished my daughter Happy Birthday! Such was the care and attention we received at this hotel. We cannot recommend it highly enough!!
