Everything was perfect during our stay in Doruk Palas Hotel, and the staff were amazing starting from Mr. Osman (boss-man), Mr. Ahmet, Mohamet, Amir, and Ali. Thank you very much and we will come back again for sure.

Staff was amazing, helped us with everything we needed, on our second day they even went out to find a very specific battery for my film camera that I would probably spend all day looking for. Location is perfect, near Galata and easy to cross over to the Bazaar, Hagia Sofia etc. We loved the view from our room as well:)

It’s been such an excellent stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in was lovely, incredible views, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel is at an excellent location close to all the main sights and the neighbourhood felt safe. It’s super central but quiet at the same time. Soundproofing is great at this hotel but that’s because it’s quite new. The breakfast has been great as well, it doesn’t have too many options but the ones it does are all excellent, fresh and healthy. You’ll definitely get full and I really appreciate the fact that it’s not a typical hotel breakfast but instead it’s more of a local, healthy one. It’s worth getting breakfast as well when u book it. All the staff have been so nice, with a smile to help you with anything. The girls at breakfast are super nice and they keep smiling to the customers. I would like to thank 2 people that made our stay unique. One is Pinar, her energy, her vibes her friendliness won us over from the first second. She’s been helpful and super nice to us. The other one is Ugur, the only hurdle in our stay was that we got stuck in the lift cos it got broken and Ugur went above and beyond to help us. He’s also been super helpful during our stay and he deserves a praise for getting us out of the lift and for being such a nice person. I don’t want to forget the guy who brought out bags to the room and works morning shift has been great. Να πάτε και θα περάσετε υπέροχα θα σας προσέξουν πολύ, αξίζει ☺️

We liked the friendliness of all the staff, that were very concerned about our well being. Helpfull with arranging tours and transportation from to airport. Great rooftop, Thank you to all the staff you really showed excepcional service.No doubt in our mind to recommend this hotel!
