The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and located near by everything, Icon Siam and many other places, the river is very near by you could take cruises or BTS 10-15 min walk away.

Great value for the quality of the services provided. Clean and modern, good wifi. A little off the main road. Staff very accommodating and helpful, often providing helpful advice without being prompted.

Room: The room is very clean and big enough for sole traveler and couple also. The bathroom is a bit of small but not a big deal. Bed and linens are comfortable. Location: It is very nearby IconSiam and easy access to BRT, various bus routes and even nearby Chao Phraya riverside. On the street there are lots of local restaurants as well and some small Mala restaurant is the best one in Bangkok! Facilities: Well equipped fitness center is available. Chargeable self laundry service is also available. Mini refrigerator is available in the room. Reception luggage and housekeeping staff are very helpful and friendly.

Managerr Rajan and his team at the lounge are absolutely outstanding, love them all, but also all other staff in the hotel, from cleanerr, bellboy, other manager, reception....yes all of them are wonderful. Everyone makes you feel more than welcome.

Fabulous hotel with a free shuttle boat at the river. International buffet was amazing. the hotel was very clean and in excellent condition and the staff were very so polite. We loved the balcony that had views along the river and city too.

The staff at the hotel were super helpful and friendly, and all new guests are treated to drinks/snacks in the lounge on arrival which was a nice touch. The hotels location isnt great and is quite far from the main tourist attractions. To compensate the hotel provide complimentary boat transport to the connecting pier which enables onward travel from Sathorn Pier. The hotel is outdated and quite worn, few things in our room were broken. Beds v comfortable and room clean.
