Thank you so much Hive Family House! We had a nightmare of a time getting to Krakow with a delayed flight! We sadly weren’t able to check in til 6:30am the following day but the staff were beyond helpful! Gave perfect instructions on how to check in after hours and even allowed us to check out slightly later so we could get some sleep after spending all night trapped at the airport! The room was gorgeous and it is so close to the Square! Honestly thank you so so much for our amazing, albeit short stay!

We stayed here during our trip from Japan. Although we had booked a standard room, we were kindly upgraded to a suite as there was availability. The room, including the bathroom, was extremely clean and comfortable, and the view of Wawel Castle from the window was absolutely stunning. The staff spoke in clear and simple English, considering that our English was not very fluent, which made communication stress-free. We also had żurek at the rooftop restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. If we visit Kraków again, we would definitely love to stay here once more.
