Everyone and everything was beyond my expectations, rooms and toilets are so clean, beds really comfy, staff super polite and helpful, location is great, everything is so easy from booking to leaving the place, modern, new, really more like a hotel that a hostel. The most caring and thoughtful hospitality team I’ve ever experienced! The photos of the hotel themselves have already been so beautiful, hence my decision to propose to my fiance there. But being there enjoying the facilities and room, and especially getting all the help I could have asked for from the front desk and room service teams who all helped my setting up my proposal night for her. So again, thanks Room Mate Bruno for this memorable moment for the two of us! Regarding our stay, the room is so spacious for two, and super clean in that manner as well. Getting around the city from here is great also, if you’re planning to travel by tram since there’s a station just around the corner. One last bonus is the Food Hallen right on the ground floor so you can enjoy so much type of food if for someday you plan to “eat in”.
