My partner and I and our young baby stayed for four nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff spoke good English which was very helpful for us. Our room was large and clean. The hotel itself has a great bar and several restaurants (the margaritas are excellent). It’s walking distance to the attractions and we also did a tour to the pyramids through the hotel which I would recommend. The gym was very well equipped with a great view over the city. We used the pool a lot too. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is in a very central and convenient location, with a nice design, all very kind staff from the reception to the waiters in the restaurant without exception. Very comfortable beds, pillows, and impeccable maids. For the price, you get 24 h snack open bar with beer, coffee, smoothies, and fruits. We stayed 4 for nights. Thank you

Best view over the Zocalo. Staff is extremely helpful. Abraham the bellboy is the BEST advertising the hotel can wish for , when he greet visitants at the entrance, Food on the covered / open terrasse restaurant is vey tasty & at reasonable price. I highly recommend the red snapper / Huachinango. It's a joy to be served by Humberto the waiter. Last but not least please use their Taxi service - José Manuel (Pepe) the driver knows his way thru the city & will pick you up right on time, if you have such an agreement with him.

The location is excellent and the staff were exceptionally friendly in a warm Mexican way. There was free cold potable water in the lobby, día de los muertos fruit and cookies, and also free makeup stations for the celebration. This is my second stay here and I will definitely return.
