Location, ambiance, staff - all were excellent. Lots to do in the immediate area, plus quick access to transportation. The Lotte World amusement park, folk museum, indoor ice rink, swimming pool, sports center and bowling alley were some of the highlights. Very useful to have the Lotte Department Store adjacent to the hotel. Its lower-level food mart with so many shops was excellent. Plus, the Lotte World Tower is just across the street for amazing views of Seoul from its observation sky deck. Special thanks to Ji Hong Park and staff. I had used packing "cubes" for my clothes and had left two cubes on an overhead rack and forgotten them. They located my cubes and sent them to me in Jeju. We were going on a cruise, and all my cruise clothing had been in the cubes - I was so grateful to get them back.

GLAD Gangnam COEX Center is located next to Exit 1 of Samseong Subway Station (Line 2) and houses a fitness centre, lounge and front desk open around the clock.

- super convinent location; steps away from a major metro line and walking distance from COEX mall - the staff was super helpful and the hotel has clear signage everywhere if you need assistance - the room itself was amazing, lqrge enough for two people to spend time and not feel like they were in each other's pockets. Had a separate desk area and fridge. - walking distance from multiple convenience stores and food options
