Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The coffee was very weak, so I paid extra for a cappuccino. Items changed daily. The pool was clean, and sunbeds were comfy. Approximately 6-7 minute walk to Pub Street area and market and the Royal Palace and river in opposite direction. Breakfast was very good with Cambodian dishes, Asian and Western dishes. Everything is very new and very nice. It's a short walk or TukTuk ride to the busy part of town near Pub Street and the Old Market.
