Superb very friendly staff, even went the extra and gave early check in (around 11am). Free tea, coffee and soft drink in the lounge area every day. Art works all through the hotel. SPACIOUS! Our 'room' had sleeping room (King bed), sitting area with couch and desk, toilet, wash area, and separate bath/shower room - huge by any standard but especially so by typical Japanese hotel rooms. Short walks to main attraction areas.

    The location was fantastic, close to the Namba station where you could get to all the major attractions from and minutes from Dotonbori with fabulous food and nightlife. The staff were lovely and although no restaurant there is a great area where you can bring your own food in and eat it with hotel supplied crockery, utensils and free hot and cold drinks. Fun and interesting decor and little details like weight scales to check luggage, amazing massage chairs and a laundry.

    The check-in, check out very easy and smooth. Our stay was exceptional! The apartment was comfortable and spacious fit a family of three and the location which is made everything so convenient just 3min walk from Dobutsuen-mae station, 7min walk from Shin Imamiya station 10 min walk from Nankai Airport Express. Location also near attraction place. 2 station away from Namba station. Walking distance to mega Don Quijote that open til midnight. Perfect place for local & foreigner to stay. Highly recommended!!

    The property is bigger than most hotels in Japan that’s why I felt lucky that the unit is available for booking. It is close to Namba Station and only a few minutes walk to Dotonbori. There is Lawson Konbini near the building and a lot of delicious Restaurants nearby.

    I had a japanese style room and it was very cute and clean. The staff I encountered were friendly, the hotel had good complementary products and the shower was nice. It was a really pleasant visit. The location was also very good, right next to Namba Station.
