The room was spacious and clean. It has lots of facilities like a money exchange, a cold store and restaurants. The design looks like an empire that follows much the design of Disneyland. It felt we are a part of a fairy tale. They offer free shuttle services to Maihama station (Disney Land) and to Bayside station (Disney Sea). The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and has loads of options for vegetarians. The view from the balcony was amazing (sea view). They had a small corner and representatives for the company that ships bags to different hotels within Japan. It was our first time to use such a service and they were very helpful.

Absolutely everything was perfect! From the spotless clean room which was nicely organised with everything you can imagine (ultra confortable beds, washing machine, quality toiletries, mini kitchen, very good wifi, projector, etc) to the delicious healthy breakfast served in a lovely vintage atmosphere by the friendly hosts. Also the accommodation is on a quiet street close to the metro station and to some beautiful japanese gardens. I would come back here anytime!

(Est. 3-5mins walk) You may request info from hotel reception. Breakfast is decent but has limited choice. The breakfast menu (slight changes) rotate daily for two days and repeat. Self-service tea, coffee & hot chocolate machine is available at lobby but not in room. Laundry is available at total 300yen washing & 200yen dryer. Depends on laundry load, you may need additional round of dryer.

We’re from Taiwan, traveling as a group of two adults and one child (seven years old). The twin room was spacious and very comfortable. It was quiet at night and conveniently located near Nishikasai Station. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The staff on duty were all very friendly and helpful, and they even helped us call a taxi—which turned out to be cheaper than using an app. We’d definitely choose to stay here again if we have the chance. I really like this neighborhood.
