It was a double room and unlike many budget hotels I've stayed at in Japan, there was so much floor space! The bathroom was compact but clean and the view was decent. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The attention by the service staffs is great and always smiling. As the room is huge, the switches are all over the room. As most instructions are in japanese, I could not find the heater controls and the room was cold. They gave great recommendations for places to visit and invited me to have tea and dinner with them. It felt less like coming back to a hotel and more like coming home to family. The location is fantastic for accessing Nagasaki station and traveling to other popular destinations by foot or on the city tram. You can easily take a taxi from Nagasaki station if you have more luggage. The breakfast was more western then japanese. It was worth the price and very tasty. Easy to check-out, just drop the keys in box on your way put, if you had payed when you checked in.
