The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spotless and surprisingly spacious, especially considering Japan’s typical hotel room sizes. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. The location was another highlight—just a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. At the same time, it’s not in a heavily crowded area like some prime districts, which made for a more relaxing and enjoyable stay. One of the best features was the onsen and sauna. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, this hotel offers great value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful yet accessible place to stay!

I think normal hotel but little bit japanese style it was really clean and i did love it thank you guys.

Although the hotel have long history, but everything is very clean. From the picture, I thought room is small, surprisingly is big with shelves to place things. Friendly and helpful staff. JR and subway, very convenient to travel to any places. Exceed value for money, highly recommended.

The kitchen facilities were really good. The room was also comfy, although I would have liked to be able to open the window to get some fresh air. The showers are great and shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.
