Hotel staff was friendly, informative, and extremely responsive to questions prior to arrival. Room was spacious and clean. Nice part (restaurants, bars, etc) of Civitavecchia was only a couple of blocks away. Checkout is at 10:30 and you can call a cab and head straight over to the cruise ship. Andrea was extremely flexible with our arrival and getting us in to our room as early as possible. He gave us great suggestions of things to do in the area. The property was well renovated (recently) and the rooms were very spacious. The bathrooms were large and also newly renovated.
