An overall very pleasant experience. Everyone was so friendly and the whole hotel was just awesome. Everything was clean and we just felt so good in this oasis of peace. The food and the service was excellent and we are looking foward to coming back one day in the near future.

We loved our stay at Bisma Eight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us a complimentary upgrade as we were on our honeymoon and decorated our room with rose petals and flowers. The facilities were great and the restaurant served a great choice of breakfast and dinner options suitable for vegetarians and other dietary requirements. The pool was lovely and lots of sun loungers and beds were available. We visited the spa which was situated at the Bisma Eight Villas under 10 minutes walk away which was amazing too. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Very nice hotel, very clean, confortable and the location is perfect, right in center of Ubud. Also the staff was very friendly and smiling all the time. Breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options to choose.

This place is stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the live saxophone performance as we admired the sunset. The room is beautifully designed, filled with thoughtful details, and features a large tub in the yard, offering a stunning jungle view. The breakfast offered is both abundant and diverse, which I highly recommend. Additionally, the morning yoga session was revitalizing.

Amazing staff. So friendly, welcoming and genuinely warmhearted. They make it real hard for you to leave :) there's a free of change shuttle service to pick you up in the centre or to drop you off. Great service. Pool and area is beautiful. Clean and silent rooms with AC and mosquito nets (not necessary though). Nice breakfast with option to eat on private balcony
