This was a cute little 1 bedroom flat. It was perfect for our needs. The host was extremely flexible, allowing us to drop off luggage early at no extra cost. We were close to the Underground which was great for getting around and Hyde Park/Kensington Palace. Lots of eating options close by as well as grocery stores. The accommodation had a washer/dryer… which we needed and appreciated. The property added to the enjoyment of visiting London.

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of well prepared food served promptly by friendly and professional staff Our room was small , which we knew in advance and so was perfect for a short stay in London. The location is excellent , a couple of minutes walk from Earls Court tube station providing easy access via the Piccadilly line to the West End , South Kensington and all major tourist attractions. This also provides a direct link to major transport hubs - London Heathrow Airport and Kings Cross railway station .

My suggestion is to keep away from pubs in the centre of the city since each pint will cost you around 5 pounds. For example , little further like the pub ''The famous 3 kings'' located in Kensington offer good beer for 3,5 pounds for pint.So for 10 pounds you could drink one extra pint which can really make a big difference on how your ''good drunk mood '' can be :) Also try some homemade beers from pubs , they are usually good ( by good i mean they are really easy to drink and they dont have some very specific taste) If you look for something more exotic , you can always ask the barmen. They can be very friendly.
