Room was exceptionally impeccable . Indeed I checked on a day for Britannia hotel at Canary wharf but could not tolerate the quality of Britain's hotel hence I elected to forfeit the money paid and return to IHG Excel. The breakfast is crispy ; staff supportive .

Marvelous bed. Great breakfast. Nearest station: Royal Albert (in case Google tells you something else). The room has a safe , hair dryer, Iron. The hotel has a working space on the ground floor with pc's and a printer. Exceeds a 3 star.

Great breakfast and clean room. The cookies we received at our check-in were a great welcome treat and the snacks provided were a great bonus. We had a good stay so nothing to complain about!
